Susan Sackett began working for Gene Roddenberry in 1974. She served as his Production Assistant on the first Star Trek film and as Production Associate for the first five seasons of Star Trek: The Next Generation. She co-wrote “Ménage à Troi” and the story for “The Game”. She is also the author of several books on the film and television industry, including “Inside Trek: My Secret Life with Star Trek Creator Gene Roddenberry”.

Fred Bronson was an NBC publicist on Gene Roddenberry’s The Questor Tapes and Star Trek: The Animated Series; for the latter, writing the episode “The Counterclock Incident” using his pseudonym, John Culver. With Susan Sackett, he co-wrote “Ménage à Troi” and the story for “The Game”.
Bronson has been called “America’s foremost chart journalist” by the editor of Billboard magazine. He is best known for his appearances on American Idol, the weekly “Chart Beat” column in Billboard magazine, and as the author of books related to #1 songs on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
