When our inhibitions are removed revealing our hidden selves, who do we become? Which one is the true self? Also, should we even be out in space considering humans seem to destroy everything we touch? It’s the birth of a classic #StarTrek story that gets retold time and again.

Charlie X was a really complicated episode for us. We ended up talking about the US justice system, people with attraction to minors, the needs of the many vs the needs of the one… it was a real journey. We were very tortured by this ep. It’s social awkwardness, it’s puberty, it’s powerful, and it’s super cringy… do you want Charlie dead or do you feel for him? I’ve still got the heebie-jeebies.
